They specialize in Mediterranean cuisine paired with the addition of local culinary traditions. Slovenia boasts a very spectacular carstic landscape with high limestone rock formations oozing with waterfalls, and fast flowing cristal clear waters that run through the Soca from the Triglav National Park to the Adriatic Sea.
